I have just submitted an update to apple in version 2.16 that fixes the final issue you reported. This version should be available tomorrow.

I shipped a new version of the game last night that addresses two crashes reported via Apple's crash reporting system. Collin S please let me know if it works after updating to 2.15.

Thank you for reporting Collin. I see a few crash reports have come in from the game. I will dig into them and try and fix this. In the mean time, try and uninstall and re-install the game for me please.
